El autor sitúa el proceso de creación del Banco del Sur y sus peripecias dentro de la tendencia global a una cooperación monetaria y financiera regional incrementada luego de la crisis asiática de 1997, así como también dentro de las tendencias históricas en América Latina. The author locates the process of the creation of the Banco del Sur and it´s ups and down within the global trend of regional monetary and financial cooperation after the Asian crisis in 1997, as well as within the historic tendencies of Latin America. |
