Gestão democrática : caminhos e descaminhos da prática do gestor no cotidiano escolar

A preocupação central desta pesquisa é analisar a concepção de seis gestores, três supervisores, seis professores, três membros do conselho escolar e cento e cinquenta estudantes que estão diretamente envolvidos com a prática da gestão democrática escolar, em três escolas da rede municipal do Jaboatão dos Guararapes. Este estudo está dividido em três capítulos: a gestão democrática e seus desafios na escola, analisando os estudos referentes à prática do gestor escolar no Brasil e a função do gestor no município de Jaboatão dos Guararapes; a investigação de campo foi realizada com entrevistas aos profissionais em educação, aplicação do questionário aos estudantes, análise dos documentos administrativos e pedagógicos. Utilizamos a metodologia quali-quantitativa. Visto que os dados foram analisados através da análise do discurso e o programa SPSS 18.0. Utilizamos tabelas e gráfico. Observamos às questões voltadas a prática cotidiana do gestor diante do processo democrático no âmbito escolar. Diante destes estudos evidencia-se que atualmente a necessidade do aprofundamento do conhecimento de todos participantes da escola, sobre os princípios da Gestão Democrática fundamentada na construção coletiva do PPP e da necessidade de um Conselho Escolar atuante e comprometido com a educação de qualidade.

The central concern of this reseach is to analyze the design of six managers, three supervisors, six teachers three board members, and one hundred fifty students who are directly involved with the practice of democratic scholar management in three school of municipal net school of Jaboatão dos Guararapes community.This studying is divided into three chapters: the democratic management and its challegers in school, analyzing the studying on the practice of schoolar manager in Brazil and the scholar manager in Jaboatão dos Guararapes community. The field investigation was realized with interviews by profissionals of the areas of education and questionaire to students, analisis of administrative and pedagogical documents.We used qualitative and quantitative methodologies. Since the data were analysed through by analisis using discourse and the scheme SPSS 18.0.We observed the issues facing everyday practice of the manager scholar before the democratic process in scope of the school.Before these case study it is evident that actually the necessity of deeping the know- ledge of all participants in the school, on the principles of democratic management based on the colletive construction of the PPP and need for active School Board and committed to qualify education.
