| Resumo |
El objeto de estudio de este trabajo de grado es determinar en qué casos la realización de actuaciones de policía judicial, realizadas directamente o previamente ordenadas por la Fiscalía General de la Nación, en adelante FGN, sometidas a control posterior por parte del juez de control de garantías, pueden comprometer la responsabilidad patrimonial del Estado, con posterioridad a la implementación del sistema acusatorio. The object of study of this degree essay, is to determine in which cases the realization of actions of the judicial police,performed directly or previously orderded by the general attourney of the nation, subjected to subsequent control by order of the judge of guarantee control,and activate the patrimonial responsibility of the state. |
