La Participación Privada en el sector de agua potable en Antioquia: lecciones que vale la pena tener en cuenta.

En muchos de los municipios de Colombia, a pesar de los cambios realizados con las reformas de 1994, persisten los problemas en el sector de agua potable. Éstos se asocian a la calidad, la eficiencia, la continuidad, la cobertura y la disponibilidad del recurso; además de las metas de reducir costos, aumentar inversiones, fomentar la competencia y ampliar la cobertura no se han logrado satisfactoriamente.
