Este trabajo analiza la relación de complementariedad que existe entre el liderazgo en la acción colectiva y el aprovechamiento de los entornos políticos favorables, a partir de la experiencia de consolidación urbana del barrio Juan XXIII en Bogotá. This work analyzes the relation of complementarity that exists between the leadership in the collective action and the utilization of the political environments, from the experience of urban consolidation of the neighborhood Juan XXIII in Bogota. |
