La tesis consiste en evaluar la obligación de divulgar información relevante en Colombia y en EEUU. Para concluir finalmente que este es un medio idóneo para combatir la asimetría de la información y otros problemas relacionados a los mercados bursátiles. It´s about the obligation of disclosure relevant information in the markets. The conclusion it´s that disclose relevant information to the market is a legal obligation to help in order to solve problems in the OTC markets. |
