Análisis estructural del subsector de diseño e ingeniería en infraestructura para la extracción de petróleo y gas en Colombia

El presente documento ofrece un estudio del sub-sector de Diseño e Ingeniería en infraestructura para la extracción de Petróleo y Gas en Colombia con la finalidad de dar a conocer la situación actual del mismo y el desarrollo y crecimiento que ha tenido en el tiempo. Para el desarrollo de este trabajo, se necesitó de la metodología creada por docentes de la Universidad del Rosario (Hugo Alberto Rivera y Luis Fernando Restrepo) quienes proponen hacer un análisis del sector teniendo en cuenta los siguientes temas: Análisis de Hacinamiento, Panorama Competitivo, Fuerzas del Mercado y Estudio de Competidores. Todos estos temas se abarcaron en la investigación, finalizando con la elaboración de un Balanced Scorecard propio de una de las empresas objeto de estudio.

This paper offers a study of sub-sector in infrastructure design and engineering for the extraction of Oil and Gas in Colombia in order to present the current status of the self and the development and growth that has taken over time. For the development of this work, we needed the methodology created by Hugo Alberto Rivera and Luis Fernando Restrepo at the Rosario University, who intend to make an analysis of the sector taking into account the following issues: Overcrowding Analysis, Competitive Landscape, Market Forces and Study of Competitors. All these topics are covered in the investigation, ending with the development of our Balanced Scorecard of one of the companies under study.
