Análisis de la política pública de seguridad democrática del gobierno de Álvaro Uribe Vélez y sus implicaciones sobre los factores históricos de subsistencia de las Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia - Ejército del Pueblo, FARC-EP, entre 2002-2009

La Política de Seguridad Democrática se presentó como la alternativa para desenredar el nudo del conflicto armado y conquistar la paz en el país; particularmente, en lo relativo a la confrontación entre el Estado y las FARC-EP. La presente investigación se pregunta si, en efecto, la PSD logró desatar el nudo del conflicto.

The follow thesis studies the democratic security have presented like a possible of get over the army conflict between the guerrilla FARC-EP (revolutionary army force of Colombia – army of people) and the state. This policy public had an incidence of this guerrilla. This research analyzes what is the effect of the insurgent actor and shows the mutation after the implementation of democratic security about the Para statement, the frameworks organization and the political discourse.
