Análisis de los intereses de Irán en Suramérica en el ámbito de las relaciones bilaterales con Venezuela y Brasil (2005-2009)

La presente monografía buscará que los intereses en política exterior que motivan el acercamiento Brasilia-Teherán se dan en lo comercial y energético. Mientras que los intereses Caracas- Teherán son el apoyo a su discurso anti-imperialista. La investigación se dividirá en cuatro partes a fin de profundizar de manera adecuada sobre conceptos, el marco teórico utilizado se basa en la perspectiva del Constructivismo y le concepto de potencia media. En primer lugar se explicara la política exterior de Irán. En segundo lugar se mencionarán y analizarán los intereses en política exterior de Irán hacia Venezuela. Tercero, se analizaran los intereses en política exterior de Irán hacia Brasil. Por último, se determinará las proyecciones (futuros escenarios) de las relaciones bilaterales entre Irán y Venezuela e Irán y Brasil. En fin la conclusión de esta monografía fortalecerá el análisis de los intereses de Irán en Suramérica en el ámbito de las relaciones bilaterales con Venezuela y Brasil.

This investigation will seek to have the foreign policy interests that motivate the Brasilia-Tehran rapprochement given in trade and energy. While Caracas-Tehran interests are supporting their anti-imperialist discourse. The investigation was divided into four parts in order to deepen adequately of concepts, the theoretical framework used is based on the perspective of constructivism. First, explain Iran"s foreign policy. Secondly, and analyze the interests mentioned in Iran"s foreign policy toward Venezuela. Third, we analyze the foreign policy interests of Iran to Brazil. Finally, we determine the projections (future scenarios) of the bilateral relations between Iran and Venezuela and Iran and Brazil. Finally the conclusion of this investigation strengthen the analysis of Iran"s interests in South America in the field of bilateral relations with Venezuela and Brazil.
