Análisis de las políticas públicas sobre desarrollo rural en el gobierno de Álvaro Uribe Vélez (2002-2007) a la luz del concepto de nueva ruralidad

Las teorías en desarrollo rural en el país no han sido abordadas adecuadamente para solventar los problemas estructurales del campo y los modelos de apertura económica y de agroexportaciones no han cumplido su propósito de mejor el nivel de vida de los habitantes, es por esto que se hace necesario a partir de un análisis del contexto actual del campo colombiano replantear las políticas públicas encaminadas a este fin. El análisis se realiza a partir de las políticas públicas del gobierno de Álvaro Uribe Vélez a la luz del concepto de Nueva Ruralidad.

The theory on rural development in the country have not been tackled appropriately to solvate the structural problems of the field and the models of the free markets and promotion of agricultural exportation have not fulfilled his intention on pursued better standard of living of the population, for this and another reasons it becomes necessary analyze the current context of the Colombian field with the public policy and new theories like New Rurality that will help to the development of the whole country.
