El papel de Brasil y Venezuela en la construcción de la política de seguridad energética Suramericana

Esta investigación surge de la necesidad de resolver cuestiones importantes en materia de seguridad energética en Suramérica y analizar los atributos de poder de Brasil y Venezuela, buscando exponer el papel protagónico de ambos países, además de estudiar las iniciativas de integración de la región alrededor de la energía y de ver a estos dos actores como motores de dicha integración.

This investigation stems from the need to resolve important issues on energy security in South America and analyze the attributes of power of Brazil and Venezuela, seeking to expose the role of both countries, and explore the integration efforts in the region around the energy and to see these two actors as drivers of this integration.
