1 handwritten 1 page letter addressed to Mr. Josiah Matlock of Smithville from John Pleddall of Chippawa. Mr. Pleddall states that he has just heard from James Carlaw that George is to sell and move to Boston. William Macklem wants to see him, if he is not gone. There is no mention of George’s last name.
