Lainsäädäntö teollisuuden rakennustyöprojekteissa

Tässä diplomityössä pyritään kokoamaan teollisuusprojektin lainsäädäntö seuraavilta osa-alueilta: rakentaminen, painelaitteet, sähköistys ja työturvallisuus. Näkökulma, jolta asiaa käsitellään, on tilaajan puoli. Tarkoitus on tehdä käsikirja projektitoimituksen ostajalle. Käsikirjasta voi tarkastaa, mitä lakeja ja asetuksia tulee projektitoimituksen edetessä täyttää. Käsikirja auttaa myös valvomaan projektin toimittajan työtä. Diplomityössä käytetään apuna kirjallisuutta, ollaan yhteydessä viranomaisiin ja esitetään käytännön esimerkkejä kuinka viranomaisten valvomat asiat tulevat täytetyiksi. Diplomityön tuloksena saatiin projektityöntekijälle käsikirja ed. mainituilta osa-alueilta. Työtä voisi suositella teolliseen projektityöhön lähtevälle insinöörille tietopohjaksi tai jo töissä olevalle projektityöntekijälle käsikirjaksi toteuttamaan ne asetukset ja lait, mitä eri viranomaiset vaativat.

This master's thesis aims to gather all the legislation that considers industrial construction project. Thesis consist four different divisions that are building, pressure equipments, electricity and work safety. Legislation are gathered from the subscriber`s point of view. The goal of this thesis is to produce legislation handbook to project worker from subscriber`s side. Project worker can explore and check all the legislation that has to be followed during the project. Notebook also helps to supervise and control the suppliers work. These responsibilities are meant to find from literature and if necessary by being in touch with authorities. Legislation is pursued to clarify by practical examples. As a result from this thesis we got a handbook to a project worker from the sectors that was mentioned before. This thesis can be recommend as an information package to an engineer that has started working in an industrial construction project. This thesis can also be recommend to a project worker as a hand book where he or she can recheck that everything is done correctly from a legislation point of view.
