In 2013, we began the task of redesigning the Open Knowledge Repository (https://openknowledge.worldbank.org/) with the aim of streamlining the transition to a responsive interface and incorporating a new Creative Commons license specifically aimed at international organizations. This allowed us to launch a mobile friendlier version of the site in a short time, and highlighted the user experience aspects that the site lacked.
