General Track Papers and Panels

Have you ever wondered how community driven, open source development achieves success? How is the development managed or resourced? Does a community based resourcing approach make a difference? Do certain factors make a difference in how one uses an Agile approach? How do people use an Agile approach? Is an Agile approach alone enough or what other components are necessary to achieve success? Join us to explore these questions with a panel representing several projects that leverage Agile methodologies and distributed development teams from across their communities to achieve success. We will learn what they share in common, what differs and explore critical success factors.
