Tietojohtaminen ketterässä ohjelmistokehityksessä (scrum): Case Samlink

Yleisesti voidaan sanoa, että suuri osa ohjelmistokehitys -projekteista epäonnistuu. Tämä johtuu kehitykseen kohdistuvista aikarajoitteista, muuttuvista vaatimuksista sekä nopeasti muuttuvasta teknologiasta. Scrum -menetelmä on yksi vaihtoehto kehitettäessä ohjelmistoja alati muuttuvassa ympäristössä. Scrum -menetelmän säännöt on helppo oppia, mutta menetelmän tehokas hallinta vaatii kuitenkin harjoittelua. Tietojohtamisen keinoin voidaan kuitenkin pyrkiä tehostamaan tätä scrum -menetelmän täysimääräistä hyödyntämistä. Tutkimus toteutettiin laadullisin menetelmin tapaustutkimuksena.

In general it can be said that a large part of the software development projects fail. This is due to the evolution of the time constraints, changing requirements and rapidly changing technology. Scrum method is an alternative for the development of software in an ever-changing environment. Scrum methodology rules are easy to learn, but the method of effective management must be practiced. The knowledge management methods can be used, however, to continue to improve this scrum methodology for full recovery. The study was conducted using qualitative methods as a case study.
