Tuotannonohjausmuotojen valintakriteerit ja niiden soveltaminen valintaprosessissa

Työssä tutkitaan tuotannonohjausmuotojen valintakriteerejä ja niiden vaikutuksia tuotannonohjausmuodon valintaan. Työn alussa esitellään mahdolliset tuotannonohjausmuodot eroavaisuuksineen. Tämän jälkeen siirrytään käsittelemään mahdollisia valintakriteerejä, sekä erittelemään niiden vaikutuksia tuotannonohjausmuodon valintaan. Työn lopussa mallinnetaan tuotannonohjausmuotojen valintaprosessia, sekä eri malleja, joita voidaan hyödyntää valintaprosessissa.

This report presents the selection criteria for inventory policies and what kind of effect they have on the selection process. In the beginning of the report the different inventory policies are introduced. After this the possible choosing criteria for these inventory policies are dealt with. In the end of the report the structure of the inventory policy selection process is modeled and three possible models for easing the selection process are introduced.
