Kunnossapidon tietojärjestelmän määrittäminen ja hankinta prosessiyritykselle

Työn tavoitteena oli tutkia ja määrittää case-yrityksenä olleen prosessiyrityksen kunnossapitojärjestelmän vaatimusten määrittelyyn vaikuttavia tekijöitä sekä määrittää prosessiyrityksen toimintaympäristöön soveltuvan kunnossapitojärjestelmän rakenne. Teoreettisena taustana oli liikeyritysten strategian ja toiminnan suunnittelu kehitettäessä kunnossapidon palveluprosessia. Lisäksi teoriaosuudessa esiteltiin kunnossapidon keskeisimmät teoriat ja niiden soveltaminen kunnossapitotoiminnassa. Työn empiriaosuudessa esiteltiin case-yrityksen kunnossapitojärjestelmäprosessin hankinnan vaiheet, valinta ja kunnossapitojärjestelmän käytettävyyden varmistaminen workshopeissa sekä jatkotutkimusaiheet. Työn avulla case-yrityksenä olleelle prosessiyritykselle saatiin valittua toimiva kunnossapitojärjestelmä. Työtä on mahdollista hyödyntää vastaavissa projekteissa muissa yrityksissä.

The aim of this study was to explore and determine the issues effecting the specification of the demands of the maintenance computerized system in the case company and also to define its structure relevant to the company. The theoretical background discussed the business strategy and operational planning improving the service process in maintenance. Furthermore, such issues as essential theories of maintenance and how to apply them to practice were presented. The empirical part of the study reviewed different stages in maintenance system acquisition and preference as well as ensuring the usability of the chosen system in workshops and also suggested ideas for further actions. As a conclusion of the study a functional maintenance computerized system was successfully selected for the case company. The results of the study can be utilized in similar projects in other companies.
