Pienvesivoimalan uusinta

Diplomityön tavoitteena on tutkia eri vaihtoehtojen kannattavuutta pienvesivoimalan uusinnassa. Sähkönhinnan muodostus ja tulokseen vaikuttavat tekijät käsitellään kokonaisuuksinaan. Työssä tehdään kustannuslaskenta valmistajien tarjouksien perusteella ja suoritetaan esittely eri tarjouksista. Valmisteluosassa tutustutaan mitoitusarvoihin ja jos niitä ei ole miten ne selvitetään. Mittauksen kautta saadut arvot käsitellään ja sovelletaan siten, että valmistajat pystyvät käyttämään niitä. Lisäksi tutustutaan turbiinin laskentaan ja mitoitetaan Kaplan-turbiini työssä käytettyyn pienvesivoimalaan.

Reforming a hydro plant is a large task and several factors influences how the amendment is done. In this Master’s thesis the goal is to research how profitability of the reforming succeeds. The elements of how the price of the electricity consists of are dealt in a whole. And so are the elements who affect the profitability. A cost analysis of the reforming was done on each of the offering. Propositions were also introduced. In a preparation part the dimensioning values were introduced and if there were not any, it was revealed how the dimensioning values can be obtained. Measured values were processed and fit in fashion that a manufacturer can use them. Calculation of Kaplan turbine was introduced as well and as an example a Kaplan turbine was dimensioned.
