Maakaasun paineenvähennysaseman paineenvähennyslaitteen mitoitus

Diplomityö tehtiin maakaasun paineenvähennysaseman paineenvähennyslaitteen mitoituksesta. Työn kuluessa suunniteltiin ja toteutettiin mitoitusohjelma maakaasun paineenvähennyslaitteen mitoitukseen. Työssä tutustutaan maakaasun putkivirtaukseen ja paineenvähennysaseman paineenvähennyslaitteeseen. Työssä selvitetään paineenvähennyslaitteen eri osien toiminta ja tarve, sekä kuinka niiden mitoitus ja valinta tapahtuu. Lopputuloksena työstä saatiin suunniteltua ja toteutettua mitoitusohjelma paineenvähennyslaitteelle. Mitoitusohjelman avulla saadaan helposti ja nopeasti selville sopivat osat paineenvähennyslaitteeseen halutulla painetasolla ja ainemäärällä. Ohjelman on tarkoitus helpottaa ja nopeuttaa paineenvähennyslaitteen mitoitusta ja suunnittelua.

This master’s thesis is made about measurement of the regulating unit of the regulating station of natural gas. A measurement program for regulating unit of natural gas was designed and implemented during the thesis work. In this thesis one is made acquaintance of the pipe flow of natural gas and of the regulating unit of the regulating station. In the thesis it’s found out the function and need of different components of the regulating unit of the regulating station and how does the measurement of those different components happen. As a result of the master’s thesis was the measurement program for regulating unit of natural gas achieved. With the measurement program it’s easier and faster to find out the right components for regulating unit of natural gas. The goal of the program was to make designing and choosing of different components easier and faster.
