Konversiosähköauton mitoitussuunnitelma

Sähköautojen tulemista on odotettu jo pitkään ja ne ovat potentiaalisia fossiilisilla polttoaineilla toimivien polttomoottoreiden korvaajia. Hybridiautoja on tullut markkinoille entistä enemmän ja ne osaltaan auttavat vähentämään fossiilisten polttoaineiden käyttöä. Sähköautot ovat toistaiseksi jääneet taka-alalle. Tässä työssä on tehty konversiosähköauton mitoitussuunnitelma museoikäiseen autoon. Työssä on mitoitettu kolme sähköisen voimansiirron pääkomponenttia sähkömoottori, taajuudenmuuttaja ja akusto. Mitoitussuunnitelma toimii hyvänä pohjana, jonka avulla konversiota voidaan alkaa rakentamaan.

The coming of electric cars has been waited for very long time and they have great potential to replace combustion engines that run on fossil fuels. There are more and more hybrid cars in the market and they do their part on reducing the consumption of fossil fuels. So far electric cars have stayed in the background. In this bachelor’s thesis there has been made a design of a conversion electric car for a museum age car. The three main electrical components motor, frequency converter and batteries were dimensioned. This design works as a good base for actual building of the conversion electric car.
