Resumo |
This paper examines the rewarding models (excluding salary) used by Finnish companies, and their affect on the personnel's motivation and commitment. Both intrinsic and extrinsic motivation are examined. Both employers and employees have been interviewed. The results show that by using intangible rewarding methods, the employers can affect the employees' intrinsic motivation, and the employees find this kind of rewarding preferable. |
