Tuotantokustannusten vertailumallin kehittäminen prosessipumpuille

Työn tavoitteena oli kehittää vertailumalli, jolla voidaan verrata helposti ja nopeasti valmistettavien laitteiden tuotantokustannuksia eri tehdaspaikkakuntien välillä. Vertailumallin tarkoituksena on helpottaa strategisen hankinnan tekemien tuotantokustannusvertailujen tekemistä sekä auttaa päätöksentekotilanteissa. Työn teoriaosuudessa käsitellään tuotekustannuslaskentamenetelmiä, joita sovelletaan kohdeyrityksessä. Lisäksi teoriaosuudessa käsitellään benchmarkinga, koska tuotantokustannuksia vertaillaan oman organisaation muiden tuotantolaitosten välillä. Työn empiriaosuudessa keskeisessä osassa on kehitetty malli, jonka lisäksi on tutkittu tekijöitä, jotka vaikuttavat tuotantokustannusten eroihin. Työn tuloksena syntynyt vertailumalli tarjoaa strategisen hankinnan osastolle uuden ja nopeamman tavan verrata tuotantokustannuksia eri tehdaspaikkakuntien välillä. Malli on tehty strategisen hankinnan tarpeiden perusteella, jolloin tuotantokustannusvertailut on toteutettu laitetasolla sekä valittujen yksittäisten osien suhteen.

The aim of this thesis was to develop a comparison model, which can be compared easily and quickly equipment’s production costs between different plants. The purpose of the comparison model is to help strategic purchasing to make production costs’ comparisons and help decision-making situations. The theoretical part of thesis focuses on product costing methods, which will be applied in the company. There is also focuses on benchmarking, because production costs are compared between different plants. The empiric part of thesis focuses on the comparison model and the main factors which affect to production costs differences. Developed comparison model will be produced new and quicker way to compare production costs between different plants. The model has been made according to requirements by strategic purchasing. The comparisons can be made by equipment level or specific part level.
