Sähköverkkojen käytöntuki- ja käytönvalvontajärjestelmien käyttöönotto

Käytöntuki- ja käytönvalvontajärjestelmät, eli käytönhallintajärjestelmät ovat osana sähköverkkoyhtiöiden arkea ja ilman niiden tuomaa apua sähkön jakelun valvonta ja hallinta olisi hyvin haastava tehtävä. Lisäksi käytönhallintajärjestelmät moitteeton toi-miminen tarjoaa hyvän alustan kehittää tulevaisuuden tärkeitä hankkeita kuten Smart Grid konseptia. Tässä työssä tarkastellaan käytönhallintajärjestelmien käyttöönottoa, kuinka se voidaan toteuttaa ja mitä asioita pitää ottaa huomioon käyttöönoton eri vaiheissa. Käytönhallintajärjestelmien käyttöönotto suoritettiin Lappeenrannan teknillisen yliopiston sähkömarkkinalaboratoriossa sijaitsevalla verkkosimulaattorille, johon asennettiin MicroSCADA SYS 600 9.1 käytönvalvontajärjestelmä sekä DMS 600 4.2 käytöntukijärjestelmä.

Distribution management and supervision and data acquisition systems, so called super-vision systems are deeply integrated into electricity distribution. Without the help of supervision systems the management and supervision of electricity distribution would be really difficult task and thus it would be difficult to have a reliably and safe electricity distribution. Secure and continuous operation of supervision systems allows a good base for the tomorrow’s important projects as the Smart Grid concept. In this thesis the implementation of supervision systems is studied. The weight is given to how the implementation can be done and what things should be considered on different phases of the implementation process. The actual implementation was done to the electricity network simulator in the electricity market department at Lappeenranta University of Technology. The installed supervisory control and data acquisition system was MicroSCADA SYS 600 9.1 and the installed distribution management system was DMS 600 4.2
