Paineilmakompressoreiden lämmön talteenoton optimointi

Tämän työn on teettänyt Vanhan Ruukin Kiinteistöpalvelu Oy ja työ on toteutettu kandidaatintyönä Lappeenrannan Teknilliselle Yliopistolle. Työn tarkoituksena oli selvittää työn teettäjän puolesta paineilmakompressoreiden lämmön talteenoton toimintaa sekä etsiä mahdollisia parannuskohteita järjestelmän hyötysuhteen nostamiseksi. Työ rajattiin koskemaan lämmön talteenoton yhtä lämmönvaihtopatteria ja siihen liittyvää nestekiertolaitteistoa. Syynä työn tekemiselle oli epäilys lämmön talteenoton huonosta hyötyprosentista. Tässä työssä oli tavoitteena ottaa kantaa myös mahdollisiin rahallisiin säästöihin joita järjestelmän kunnollisella toimintaan saattamisella olisi.

This thesis is commissioned by the Vanhan Ruukin Kiinteistöpalvelu Oy and the realization is done as a bachelors thesis at Lappeenranta University of Technology. The aim was to examine how the air compressors heat recovery system functions as well as to search for potential areas of improvement for increasing the efficiency of the system. The work was confined to only one of the recovery system's heat excangers and to the related fluid circulation equipment. The reason for the commission of the thesis was the suspicion of poor heat recovery efficiency. In this work the goal was to take the potential monetary savings, that could be achieved, under inspection.
