Tuotantosuunnan muutos ja tuottavuuden kehittäminen lämmönsiirrintuotannossa

Perinteisen haihdutinkonepajan tuotantosuunnan muutos lämmönsiirtimiin tuo mukanaan muutospaineita koko tilaus-toimitusketjulle. Tämän tutkimuksen tarkoituksena on selvittää tuotantosuunnan muutoksesta aiheutuvat vaatimukset ja luoda suunnitelma vastaamaan vaatimuksiin sekä samalla tuottavuuden kehittämiseen. Tutkimusmetodiikkana käytettiin haastattelu- ja havainnointitutkimusta sekä asiantuntijasuunnittelua. Haastattelu- ja havainnointitutkimuksessa tehtiin nykytila-analyysi ja kartoitettiin kehityskohteet tavoitteiden saavuttamiseksi. Keskeisimpiä osa-alueita tavoitteiden saavuttamiseksi ovat uuden valmistusjärjestelmän suunnittelu, toimenpiteet suunnittelua; tuotantoa; tuotannonsuunnittelua varten, uuden tiimityöskentelymallin luominen ja tuotannon johtamiseen vaadittavat muutokset. Näitä osaalueita käsiteltiin neljässä eri työryhmässä, joiden tuloksien perusteella tehtiin johtopäätökset ja lopulta toteutuskelpoinen suunnitelma. Lisäksi hankkeen kannattavuutta käsiteltiin investointilaskelmilla.

A traditional evaporator workshop is going thru a change in the scope of production and and it needs changes to the whole order-delivery-chain. This Master’s thesis aims to survey the changes needed to facilitate the change in the scope of production and create a plan to answer the needed changes. Another focus point for this thesis was an increase in productivity. Research methods used in this thesis were interview, observational study and expert design. Interview and observational study were used to map out the current state of the workshop and to identify the essential themes for attaining the afore mentioned objectives. The essential themes to achieve the objectives are the design of a new layout, actions pertaining to engineering; procurement; production scheduling, creation of a new teamwork model and changes in production management. These themes were dealt with in four different workgroups. Conclusions were drawn from the results of the workgroups and they were ultimately formed into a plan.
