Energiantuotantolaitosprojektin teknisten tietojen hallinnan kehittäminen elinkaarinäkökulmasta

Tässä diplomityössä tarkastellaan HelenEngineeringin energiantuotantolaitosprojektien koneteknisten tietojen hallintaa. Työn tavoitteena oli muodostaa HelenEngineeringin energiantuotantolaitosprojektien koneteknisten tietojen hallinnankehittämisehdotuksia, joilla pyritään kehittämään koneteknisten tietojen hallintaa vastaamaan energiantuotantolaitoksen elinkaarinäkökulmasta asetettuja laatu- ja aikatauluvaatimuksia. Kehittämisehdotuksia on muodostettu koneteknisten tietojen laadunhallintaan ja käsittelyyn liittyen. Ne koskevat toimintatapoja, hallintajärjestelmiä ja niiden käyttöön tarvittavaa osaamista. Esitetyt kehittämisehdotukset perustuvat HelenEngineeringin projektien koneteknisten tietojen hallinnasta tunnistettuihin kehittämiskohtiin. Diplomityössä on muodostettu menetelmä näiden kehittämiskohtien tunnistamiseksi. Tämä menetelmä perustuu organisaation tietojen hallinnan suunnittelussa käytettävään timanttimalliin. Timanttimalli on esitelty tämän diplomityön teoriaosuudessa. Kehittämiskohtien tunnistamiseksi HelenEngineeringin energiantuotantolaitosprojektien koneteknisten tietojen hallintaprosessit on kuvattu. Lisäksi kehittämiskohtien tunnistamista varten on kerätty tarvittavia tietoja haastattelemalla asiantuntijoita.

This thesis studies mechanical information management in power plant projects of HelenEngineering. The objective of this thesis was to find development proposals concerning mechanical information management in the power plant projects of HelenEngineering. These proposals help to develop mechanical information management of projects to match quality and time requirements in a life cycle point of view. The development proposals are given in contexts of information quality management and information handling. These proposals concern information management procedures, information management systems and knowledge in using information management systems. The proposals rest on points of development that are recognized by studying information management in the power plant projects of HelenEngineering. To recognize these points there has been developed a method for this purpose in this thesis. This method is based on the diamond model, which is used for information management planning in organizations. The diamond model is presented in a theoretical part of this thesis. The mechanical information management processes are outlined in projects of HelenEngineering to recognize the points of development. In addition, necessary information to recognize these points is collected by interviewing the professionals.
