Tiedonjakamisprosessin kehittämisen haasteet hoitotyössä

Työn tavoitteena on tutkia tiedon jakamisprosessiin ja sen kehittämiseen vaikuttavia tekijöitä hoitotyössä, sekä löytää kiinnekohtia, joita organisaatioiden tulisi huomioida kehittäessään kyseisiä prosesseja. Työ käsittelee tiedon jakamista yleisesti, sekä tiedon jakamista tietoteknisten välineiden avulla. Työ sisältää kirjallisuuskatsauksen, jossa perehdytään prosessien kehittämiseen PROPER-mallia hyödyntäen, muutosjohtamiseen sekä tiedon jakamiseen yleisesti ja hoitotyön viitekehyksessä. Kirjallisuuskatsauksessa esiteltyyn teoriaan nojaten työ esittelee tutkimuksen, jossa ryhmähaastattelua hyödyntäen selvitettiin erilaisia tiedon jakamisen prosessiin ja sen kehittämiseen negatiivisesti vaikuttavia tekijöitä hoitotyössä. Työn tuloksena syntyy joukko haastatteluissa esiin tulleita teemoja, joita voidaan hyödyntää organisaation tasolla käsiteltäessä kyseisiä teemoja.

The goal of this thesis is to examine the factors influencing the process of sharing knowledge and the development of that process within healthcare workers to help organizations identify key points that should be acknowledged when developing such processes. The focus of the research is in knowledge sharing in general and furthermore in computer assisted knowledge sharing. The research includes a literary review that focuses on process development using the PROPER-framework, change management and knowledge sharing in general and within the context of healthcare workers. Based on the literature the research introduces a study that utilizes group interviews to find out what are the factors that influence the process of sharing knowledge or its development negatively in healthcare organizations. As a result, the research introduces a group of themes that can be utilized when planning for developing the knowledge sharing process of a healthcare organization.
