Virtaviivainen hankintatoimi osana tuotantoprosessia

Tutkimuksessa on pyritty löytämään tuotantoprosessin läpimenoa haittaavia ohjaus- ja toimintatapoja sekä tiedonkulusta aiheutuvia ongelmia. Tutkimuksen tavoitteena on saada toimittajien, hankintatoimen ja tuotannon logistinen arvoverkko toimimaan virtaviivaisesti. Työssä on käytetty teoriaosassa kirjallisuustutkimusta ja empiirisessä osassa toimintatutkimusta. Nykytilan selvityksessä tutkittiin prosessin tieto- ja materiaalivirrat sekä mitkä ovat tärkeimmät toiminnot toimitusketjussa. Tutkimuksen ja prosessianalyysin pohjalta määriteltiin kehitysehdotukset prosessin toimintojen tehostamiseksi. Nykytilan kartoituksessa ilmeni suurimmiksi ongelmiksi logistiikka prosessissa voimakkaan kysynnän kasvusta aiheutuvat komponenttien ja raaka-aineiden saatavuusongelmat sekä pudonneen kysynnän seurauksena varastoihin sitoutunut ylimääräinen vaihto-omaisuus. Tutkimuksen tuloksena syntyi kehitysehdotuksia, joiden pohjalta uudistettavaan toiminnanohjausjärjestelmään voitaneen toteuttaa johtopäätöksissä ilmenevät asiat, joista merkityksellisin on myynnin ennustamisvastuun siirtäminen myynnistä tulosvastuussa oleville henkilöille.

The main objective is to find out firstly control- and operation modes, which disturb the production process and secondly problems caused by information flow. In addition, the aim of this study was to get the value network of suppliers, purchasing and production to function streamlined so that the factory can deliver high-quality products timely and competitively in order to give added value to client’s value chain. Research methods are firstly literature research in the theoretical reference frame and in the empirical part action research. In the examination of the current situation information – and material flow of the process were studied. Based on the results and process analysis the most important functions in the supply chain and development suggestions were defined. Results of the examination of the current situation show that the biggest challenges in the logistic process are firstly the availability problems of components and raw materials caused by strong growth of demand and secondly the extra current receivables bind to stockroom caused by drop of demand. As the result of the study improvement suggestions were made. These suggestions serve as a base for the improvement of the management system of logistic functions. Of these suggestions the most significant improvement suggestion is to move the responsibility of sales predictability to the people who have profit responsibility of sale.
