Toiminnanohjausjärjestelmän implementointiprosessin ongelmat

Työn tavoitteena on kirjallisuutta tutkien etsiä toiminnanohjausjärjestelmän implementointiprosessissa esiintyviä ongelmia ja niiden ratkaisuja. Löydetyt ongelmat liittyvät suurelta osin yrityksen johtoon, projektipäällikköön ja -ryhmään, ohjelmistoon sekä loppukäyttäjiin. Suurimmat ongelmat koskevat muutoskäyttäytymistä, projektin johtamista eri muodoissa, ohjelmiston valintaa sekä työntekijöiden kouluttamista. Työn sisältönä on kirjallisuuskatsaus ongelmista ja menestystekijöistä implementointiprosessissa sekä erilaisten ratkaisu- ja toimintamallien esittäminen ongelmien ratkaisemiseksi. Lopputuloksena on opas, jonka avulla implementointiprosessi voidaan viedä menestyksekkäästi loppuun asti.

The objective of this thesis is to find impediments experienced during the ERP-system implementation process and to find solutions for them. The thesis is based on the literature overview. Problems found are mostly related to the top management, the project manager or the project team, the ERP-system or end users. Biggest problems concerns change behavior, project management, system selection and training of end users. Contents of the thesis are literature overview about impediments and the success factors in the implementation process and the presentation of different solutions and action models to solve impediments. The outcome of the thesis is the guide book, which helps to complete the implementation process successfully.
