Taloushallinnon toimintatapojen ja laskentajärjestelmien integroiminen perustajarakennuttamisprosessiin

Työn tavoitteena on tuottaa kehitysehdotuksia kohdeyrityksen perustajarakennuttamisprosessiin. Toiminnan tarkastelun painopiste on taloushallinnossa ja tietojärjestelmissä. Prosessin analysoimisessa hyödynnetään liiketoimintaprosessikuvausta, jossa eritellään yksilöiden sekä järjestelmien toimintaa. Työn teoriaosuudessa tarkastellaan prosesseja ja niiden kuvaamista, talousohjausta sekä rakennuttamisliiketoimintaa yleisesti. Synteesiosuudessa prosessin kulku analysoidaan. Prosessin tarkastelussa keskitytään prosessin sopimusvaiheeseen sekä taloushallinnon ja tietojärjestelmien toteutukseen. Analyysin perusteella esitetään toiminnan keskeiset ongelmakohdat. Toiminnan ongelmat jakautuvat kolmelle tasolle: operatiiviseen toimintaan, taloushallinnon toteutukseen sekä tietojärjestelmäratkaisuihin. Operatiivisella tasolla ongelmat liittyvät yksilöiden toimintaan ja taloushallinnossa etenkin kustannusten kohdistamiseen. Tietojärjestelmien avulla yhdistetään operatiivinen ja taloushallinnollinen taso toisiinsa. Työssä esitettyjen ratkaisuehdotusten avulla kohdeyritys voi kehittää prosessia kokonaisuutena.

The aim of this thesis is to produce development proposals to target company’s building design process. The focus of the review is in financial management and in information systems. Business process mapping is used in analysis where functions of individuals and systems are specified. Business processes and their modelling, financial management and building design are studied in the theoretical part. Target process is analysed in the synthesis part. The focus is in the contract phase, in the financial management and in the information systems of the process. The main problems of the process are introduced based on the analysis. The main problems of the process are divided in three sectors: operational functions, financial management and information systems. In the operational level the main problems are in individual acts. In financial management the alignment of costs is the greatest problem. Information systems are used to link financial management to operational functions. The company management can develop the big picture of the process with the development proposal presented in the thesis.
