Lifelong learning teachers' needs in virtual learning environments

In this paper we present an educational experiencefor consultants, in which the objectives were totrain the consultants in the use of standards for the description of learning objects, and to get them to know and also obtain feedback from them on the application profile that was being designed by the UOC contents management team for the access to Learning Object repositories within the institution.
