Tuotannon kehittäminen elektroniikan sopimusvalmistajayrityksessä

Tämän diplomityön tavoitteena on perehtyä Lean-ajatteluun ja osallistua kohdeyrityksen tuotannon kehittämiseen Lean-menetelmiä hyödyntäen. Tuotannon kehittämistoimenpiteiden tavoitteena on tuotannon läpäisyaikojen lyhentäminen, parempi kapasiteetin hallinta ja korkeampi tuottavuus. Keskeisimpiä työssä sovellettavia teorioita ovat Lean-valmistus, JIT ja jatkuva parantaminen. Työssä dokumentoidaan toteutetut kehittämistoimenpiteet sekä kartoitetaan kehitetyn tuotantoprosessin ongelmat. Saatujen tulosten perusteella pohditaan jatkotoimenpide-ehdotuksia ongelmien poistamiseksi. Työn tulokset osoittavat, että suurin haaste Lean-menetelmän käyttöönotossa on uusien ongelmien määrä, jotka paljastuvat vasta, kun prosessia kehitetään.

The aim of this study is to develop the production of the company providing Electronics Manufacturing Services by using the Lean Methods. The main purpose of this developing process is to reduce throughput-times, to facilitate the capacity control and to improve the productivity. The theory focus in this study is in Lean production, JIT-production and continuous improvement. This study documents the implementation of Lean production and examines the problems occurred during the development process. There are discussed some proposals for the further study to eliminate the problems. The results prove that the biggest challenges appeared when executing the implementation of Lean method are the new problems and challenges, which may exist when developing the production.
