Tilitoimisto pienyrityksen taloushallinnon asiantuntijana

Tämän tutkielman päätavoitteena oli selvittää, miten tilitoimistojen tuottamat palvelut vastaavat pienyrityksen johtamisen, ja erityisesti talousjohtamisen tarpeita ja auttavat yritystä menestymään. Alatavoitteina oli selvittää ja analysoida pienyrityksen johtamista, taloushallintoa ja menestystekijöitä, sekä asiantuntijapalveluita ja tilitoimistoja ja niiden palvelutarjonnan rakennetta. Tutkimusmenetelmänä käytettiin käsiteanalyyttistä tutkimusotetta. Aikaisemmin julkaistuun tutkimusdoktriiniin, joka sisälsi niin teoreettisia kuin empiirisiäkin tieteellisiä tutkimuksia, ammattikirjallisuutta ja -lehtiartikkeleita, perehtymällä pyrittiin ratkaisemaan asetetut tavoitteet. Tutkimustulos osoittaa, että tilitoimistoilla on hyvät valmiudet palvella asiantuntevasti pienyritystä ja auttaa sitä menestymään tuottamalla tarvittavaa taloushallinnon informaatiota ja muita palveluita. Yrityksen rahoituksen laskentatoimen osalta tilitoimistojen palvelut vastaavat hyvin pienyrityksen johtamisessa tarvittavaa tietoa, johdon laskentatoimen osalta tuotettavat palvelut ovat vielä suurelta osin alikehittyneitä johtuen osaksi tilitoimistojen osaamistasosta, mutta myös pienyritysten haluttomuudesta vastaanottaa laskentatoimen tuottamaa informaatiota ja johdon heikosta talous- asioiden hallinnasta.

The main object of this study was to explain how the services produced by accounting firms meet the requirements of small company management, and especially the requirements of financial management, and help companies to prosper. The subobjects were following: to explain and to analyse the management, the business administration and the success factors of small companies as well as professional services, accounting firms and the structure of their services. The strive for the objects were implemented within the framework of the conceptual analytical approach. By orientating the previous published doctrine including theoretical and empirical scientific studies, professional literature and articles in business journals you were able to solve the objects imposed. The result of the study shows that the accounting firms have good facilities for serving small companies and helping them to prosper by producing information needed in business admistration and other services. As far as the financial accounting is concerned the services produced by accounting firms meet well the requirements of small business management and it's information needs. As far as the management accounting is concerned the services are mostly underdeveloped, partly because of the knowledge level of accounting firms, but also because of the unwillingness of small companies to receive accounting information and the poor control of economic subjects by the management.
