Rengasleasingin kehittäminen

Työn tavoitteena oli kehittää toimintamallia Vianor Oy:ssä rengasleasingin toteuttamiseksi. Aluksi käydään läpi leasingin käsitteen ja muotojen avulla leasingin pääpiirteitä. Leasingin etuja ja haittoja tarkastellaan sekä leasingilleottajan että -antajan näkökulmasta. Leasingsopimuksessa on tärkeää kiinnittää huomiota sopimusehtoihin, joilla pyritään turvaamaan leasingkohteen säilyminen rahoitusmuodon vakuutena.Käytännön osassa tuodaan esiin rengasleasingin merkitystä leasingilleantajalle ja -ottajalle. Kuorma-auton renkaiden ollessa leasingkohteena täytyy kiinnittää huomiota myös käyttöolosuhteiden merkitykseen. Sopimusehtojen osalta luodaan yleisehtojen pääkohtia rengasleasingiin sovellettavaksi.Nykyiseen toimintamalliin liitetään kustannusseurantajärjestelmä, jolla saadaan selville asiakkaan aiheuttamat kustannukset. Laskutusperusteita muuttamalla pystytään leasingmallia keventämään ja tukemaan paremmin asiakkaan rengastalouden hoitamista.

The objective of this master's thesis was to develop a process of truck tyre leasing. The study clarified different types of improvements for better implementation and terms of agreement. The purpose of enterprise is to expand the implementation of the tyre leasing.In the theoretical part of the thesis is reviewed different types of leasing. Sensible reasons for tyre leasing are considered from the point of lessor and lessee. The terms of agreement are clarified for ensuring deposit of lease financing.In the practical part of the study is introduced the value of tyre leasing for lessor and lessee. Evaluation of truck tyres as a leasing object is very much depending on operational conditions. The terms of agreement are created to adapting to tyre leasing.Cost control is going to be important part of tyre leasing. The present leasing model is moderated in the future for better possibilities to analyze the tire costs.
