ISDN-käyttäjäosaprotokollan suunnittelu, toteutus ja testaus.

Diplomityössä suunnitellaan, toteutetaan ja testataan ISUP-protokolla. ISUP kytketään osaksi Intellitel Communications Oy:n toteuttamaan Intellitel(TM) -tuotetta, joka tarjoaa kehitysympäristön kahdennetuille palveluille niin tele- kuin dataverkkoihin. Työssä sidotaan ISUP-protokollan kehitystyö osaksi markkinoilla vallitsevaa verkkojen konvergoitumiskehitystä, ja tässä valossa esitellään nykyisiä ja mahdollisia tulevia sovelluskohteita toteutetulle ISUP-protokollalle. ISUP:n testaukseen käytetyt moduuli-, standardinmukaisuus- ja verkkoonvientitestausmenetelmät esitellään soveltuvin osin työn testausosiossa. Työn tuloksena on standardin mukaan suunniteltu, toteutettu ja testattu protokolla, joka tarjoaa rajapinnan puheluidenohjauslogiikalle.

The goal of this master's thesis is to design, implement and test ISUP protocol. ISUP is connected as part of the Intellitel(TM) ONE service platform implemented by Intellitel Communications Ltd. The Intellitel(TM) ONE platform is a framework that offers a development environment for operator-class services in telecommunications and data communications networks. In addition, the development of the ISUP protocol is tied to the general convergence of networks in the market. In this light, the present and possibly coming applications based on the implemented ISUP protocol are presented. Module, conformance and network applicability testing methods are presented in the testing part of this thesis. The result of the thesis is a protocol that has been planned, implemented and tested according to the standard. The protocol offers an interface for call control.
