Lisäainetehtaan tuotantoprosessin kehittäminen

Tämän diplomityön tarkoituksena oli Finnsementti osakeyhtiöön kuuluvan betonin lisäaineita valmistavan tehtaan tuotantoprosessin kehittäminen. Työssä laadittiin myynnin kasvuennusteen perusteella suunnitelma, jonka mukaan määriteltiin betonin lisäaineille ja raaka-aineille sopivat varastosäiliöt. Suunnitelman perusteella määriteltiin kiinteät putkilinjat sekä kirkkaille että tummille nesteille, jolloin materiaalihäviöt saatiin pienemmiksi ja putkilinjojen pesun tarve väheni. Lisäksi työssä otettiin huomioon tuotantoprosessin automatisointi. Suunnitellusta projektista laadittiin alustava kustannusarvio, toteutusaikataulu sekä sijoituspiirustus, putkisto-instrumentointikaavio ja 3D-piirrokset. Projektin kustannusarvioksi saatiin noin 290 tuhatta markkaa ja projektin pituudeksi noin 11 viikkoa.

The goal of this Master’s thesis was the development of production process of the admixture plant that is a part of Finnsementti corporation, that manufactures concrete admixtures. According to the forecast of the sales a plan was made to determine the right store supply to each raw material and admixture. Based on the plan immovable pipelines were determined both to the clear liquids and to the dark liquids, which reduced the need of washing the pipelines and therefore the loss of materials. Also the automation of the production process was considered. Based on the planned project a cost estimate, an implementation schedule, layout drawing, piping and instrumentation drawing and 3D drawings were prepared. The cost estimate of the project was about 290 000 marks and the duration of the project about 11 weeks.
