Sähkönjakeluverkon jälleenhankinta-arvon määrittäminen

Diplomityön tavoitteena oli selvittää jakeluverkkoyhtiön verkon jälleenhankinta-arvon määrittämiseen tarvittavat lähtötiedot sähkönjakeluverkon rakentamiskustannuksia selvittäneellä kyselyllä. Työssä on käsitelty sähkönjakeluverkon jälleenhankinta-arvon, nykyarvon ja nykykäyttöarvon määritysmenetelmiä. Lisäksi on esitelty laeissa, asetuksissa ja suosituksissa jakeluverkkotoiminnalle asetettuja vaatimuksia. Tulokset on esitelty komponenteittain ja tutkimalla kuinka paljon kahden kuvitteellisen sähkönjakeluverkon jälleenhankinta-arvo muuttuu. Palkkakustannusten nousu on lisännyt kustannuksia, mutta vastaavasti verkonrakentamisen tehostuminen sekä tässä laskentamallissa esitetyt kustannuksien määrittelyt (esimerkkinä muuntajat) ovat alentaneet yleiskustannuksia, joten kokonaisuutena verkon rakentamisen kustannukset ovat joidenkin komponenttien osalta alentuneet tässä työssä käytettyihin KA 2:95, KA 2:96 ja KA 2:97 kustannustietoihin verrattuna.

The aim of this master’s thesis was to clarify basic information which is needed in determining the replacement value of electricity distribution network. This basic information was examined by using an inquiry to find out the costs that come from the the construction of network. The determination methods for replacement value, present value and current replacement cost are clarified in the thesis. Demands made by laws, statutes and recommendations for network companies are also presented. The results are shown by studying the components of electricity distribution network and by studying how the replacement value of electricity distribution network changes in two imaginary networks. Although the costs of labour have increased, the total costs have decreased when the costs are compared with costs of year 1995, 1996 and 1997. Decrease of costs of some electricity distribution network components is partly reason from companies become more effective, partly overhead costs have decreased and partly changes of nomenclature in the calculation model used in this master’s thesis.
