Metsäteollisuusintegraatin energiaraportoinnin kehittäminen

Työn tavoitteena on Stora Enso Oyj:n Imatran tehtaiden energiaraportoinnin luotettavuuden parantaminen. Raportoinnissa esiintyvää tase-eroa lämmön tuotannon ja kulutuksen välillä on erilaisten selvitysten perusteella pyritty pienentämään. Höyryn ja lauhteen mittausten virheellisyyttä on tutkittu erilaisten osasto- ja höyrylinja- kohtaisten lämpötaseiden avulla. Taseiden lisäksi mittauksen oikeellisuutta selvitettäessä on käytetty tunnuslukuina lämmön ominaiskulutuksia, joita on verrattu Suomen metsäteollisuuden keskimääräisiin arvoihin. Työssä on tarkistettu myös raportointijärjestelmän laskenta ja päivitetty tarvittavat muutokset. Osa raportoinnin tase-erosta johtuu höyryn virtausmittauksen epävarmuudesta. Tässä työssä on esitetty erilaisia vaihtoehtoja sille, mistä mittauksen epävarmuus johtuu. Samalla on selvitetty virtausmittauksen periaatetta ja siihen tarvittavaa laitteistoa.

The goal of this thesis was to develope reliability of the energy report system at Stora Enso Ltd Imatra Mills. Balance severances between heat production and consumption have reduced with different detections. By formulating the heat balances for different departments and steampipes it was possible to find out the defective measurements of steam and condensing water. The consumption of heat per product grade have used at parameter researching reliability of the measurements. The consumption of heat product grade have compared with averages of Finland's forest industry. One part of this thesis was to check out calculation of the energy report system and update modifications. The part of balance severances depend on uncertainty of the steam flow measurements. This thesis is presents different alternatives for that uncertainty of the steam flow measurements depending. It is also described princible of the flow measurement and the measurement's equipments.
