Asiakaslähtöisen kombipatatuotannon tehostaminen tuotevalikoimaa moduloimalla

Työn tavoitteena oli tehostaa asiakaslähtöistä kombipatatuotantoa moduloimalla tuotevalikoimaa. Työ tehtiin Hackman Metos Oy:lle Keravalla, liittyen Innovative Cooking-osaston tuotannon tehostamishankkeeseen. Työssä lähdettiin liikkeelle tutustuen yrityksen nykyisiin tuotteisiin sekä tuotantoon. Perehtymisen jälkeen etsittiin sopivia modulointimenetelmiä, joilla työn tavoitteena oleva perusmoduulien määrittäminen pystyttäisiin toteuttamaan. Modulointimenetelmien vertailu ja modulointityökalun valinta perustui kirjallisuuteen ja kirjallisuudessa esitettyihin tuloksiin. Valittuja modulointimenetelmiä vertailtiin keskenään ja niistä pyrittiin valitsemaan parhaiten soveltuva vaihtoehto. Työn monipuolisen tarkastelun vuoksi päädyttiin etenemään käyttäen kahta menetelmää, MFD-menetelmää sekä moduuliheuristiikkaa. Nämä menetelmät täydensivät hyvin toisiaan suurien moduulijakojen tekemistä silmällä pitäen. Diplomityön tuloksena syntyi moduloinnille ratkaisuehdotus, jossa on esitetty jako perusmoduuleihin sekä ratkaisut tuotannon tehostamiseen. Lisäksi on paneuduttu tarkastelemaan kokoonpanon pullonkaulakohtia ja niiden toimivuuden kehittämistä.

The aim of this thesis was to intensify customer orientated combikettle production by modulating the assortiment. The thesis was made for Hackman Metos Oy at its Kerava unit as a part of the project of intensifying the production in Innovative Cooking business unit. The thesis started by getting acquainted with the products and production. After acquainting it was time to search the right methods for modulating. With those methods it was planned to define the basic modules. Comparason and choosing of the methods were based on results presented in literature. The chosen methods were compared each other to be able to find the most suitable one for this thesis. Due the versatility of the thesis it was decided to proceed with two methods, Modular Function Deployment and Heuristic method. The Methods completed each other well, regarding of sharing moduls. As a result of this Master’s Thesis was accomplished a solution for modulating. The basic modules have been defined as well as the solutions for intensifying the production. The special target was to focus on the problem spots of the assembling and make them more effective.
