Betonielementtitehtaan tuottavuuden parantaminen kunnossapidon keinoin

Työn teoriaosassa käsitellään suorituskyvyn osa-alueita, suorituskyvyn mittaamista ja kunnossapitoa. Suorituskyvyn osa-alueiden avulla pyritään osoittamaan, että kunnossapidon kehittäminen kannattaa tuottavuuden kasvamisen ja kannattavuuden paranemisen johdosta. Suorituskyvyn mittaamisella ja sen lähtökohdilla luodaan mittarit, joilla pystytään havaitsemaan muutokset näissä osa-alueissa. Kunnossapidolla haetaan keinot, joilla suorituskyvyn osa-alueet kehittyvät. Käytännön osiossa kuvataan kohdeyrityksessä havaittuja tapahtumia kunnossapidon kehittämisessä ja mittariston käyttöönotossa. Tämän lisäksi tämä empiirinen osa kertoo tehdyistä toimenpiteistä tehtaalla. Empiirisen osion päättää jatkoehdotuslista projektin jatkamisesta tämän tutkimuksen jälkeen.

The theory section of this study examines different sectors of performance, measuring of performance and of maintenance. The sectors of performance indicate that by improving maintenance, both productivity and profitability will increase. Particular metrics are created for measuring performance. These metrics help people to observe the variation within these sectors. Through maintenance it is attempted to find ways to improve the sectors of performance. The practical section illustrates the occurrences that happened in the target company when metrics were applied and maintenance, hence, gradually developed. In addition, this empirical section reports the procedures and actions that were carried out in the company. The empirical section ends with a list of suggestions how this study should be extended further after the Master’s Thesis.
