Pituusleikkurin materiaalitoimitukset asennukseen

Tämän diplomityön tavoitteena oli pituusleikkurituotannon lähtölogistiikan kehittämistarpeiden selvittäminen asennuksen lähtökohdista sekä kehitysehdotusten luominen. Tavoitteena oli myös pituusleikkurin materiaalitoimituksiin liittyvän tiedonkulun ongelmien selvittäminen ja tiedonkulun parantaminen. Tutkimus aloitettiin selvittämällä pituusleikkurien toimitusprosessi ja siihen liittyvät toiminnot. Selvitys tehtiin haastatteluiden, dokumenttien, ohjeiden ja käytännön seuraamisen avulla. Materiaalitoimituksiin liittyvät ongelmat kirjattiin ja kehitysehdotuksissa sovellettiin haastatteluista, kokemuksista ja kirjallisuudesta saatua tietoa. Osa kehitysehdotuksista on toteutettavissa varsin pienillä panostuksilla ja nopealla aikataululla. Toimitussuunnitelman käyttöönotolla pyrittiin saamaan pituusleikkuriprojektiin kuuluvat materiaalit paremmin hallintaan ja lisäksi parantamaan materiaalitoimitusten ajoitusta. Tämän tutkimuksen kestosta johtuen ei kaikkia kehitysehdotuksista vielä ehditty toteuttaa, joten tutkimuksen kaikkia tuloksia ei vielä työn aikana saatu esille.

The aim of this thesis was to clarify the development needs for outbound logistics in the winder production from the basis of the erection and to create necessary development proposals. Another aim was to find the problems in information flow of material deliveries of winders and to improve this flow of information. The study was started by examining the delivery process of winders and the operations connected to the process. The research consisted of interviews, existing documents and instructions and monitoring of winder projects. The problems in the winder deliveries were recorded and the research material was analysed to create the development proposals. Some of the development proposals can be executed with very little effort and with fast implementation schedule. The aim of the delivery plan implementation was to control the materials in winder project and to improve the timing of the material deliveries. There was not enough time to implement all the development proposals during this study and therefore all the results of the study were not yet completed.
