NCT-työkalujen tilaus- toimitusketjun tehostaminen

Työn tavoitteena oli kuvata Ama-Prom Oy:n erään tuoteryhmän tilaustoimitusketjun nykyprosessi ja etsiä menetelmiä, kuinka prosessi tehostetaan. Prosessin tehokkuutta tutkittiin asiakastyytyväisyyskyselyn avulla, haastattelemalla prosessissa työskenteleviä henkilöitä ja tutkimalla prosessin läpimenoaikaa. Kun nykyprosessi saatiin määriteltyä, selvitettiin kuinka kyseisestä prosessista voitaisiin karsia ylimääräistä työtä pois. Haastattelujen avulla ja seinätaulutekniikaa hyväksikäyttäen etsittiin nykyprosessista ongelmakohdat ja muodostettiin tilaus- toimitusketjulle tavoitemalli. Tavoiteprosessiin pääsemiseksi on Ama-Prom Oy:ssa tapahduttava työmenetelmienmuutos. Muutoksen aikaansaamiseksi luotiin muutokselle läpivientimalli. Läpivientimallin pohjalta määriteltiin projekti, jossa määrättiin toimenpiteet uusiin työmenetelmiin pääsemiseksi. Työssä käsiteltiin teoriapuolella prosessiajattelun teoriaa ja ajan merkitystä toimitusketjuissa. Prosessijohtamisen jälkeen käsiteltiin muutoksenhallintaa ja muutosjohtamista. Synteesiosassa tarkasteltiin Ama-Prom Oy muutoksen tarvettaja ja tarjottiin menetelmäehdotuksia, joilla tilaus- toimitusprosessia voidaan tehostaa. Lopuksi määriteltiin muutosprojekti menetelmien muuttamiseksi.

Target of the research was to describe company’s one product groups supply chain precent process and look the method how to make more effective the process. Effectiviness of the process examined for customer satisfaction research, interview person how work in the process and study the lean times. When the present process were modelled I started to work out how to strip the superfluous work from the process. With the interviews and the wall technic looked for all the problems of the present process and shaped the target process of the supply chain. To get to the target process it has to be the change in the working method. To help work methods take place there are set the project which ordered the actions to get the new working methods. The thesis handle theory of the process managemant and how the time affects to the supply chain. There was also take a view to change management and create the process how to take through the change in the organisation. End on the thesis tell about the need of the change in the Ama-Prom Oy ja gave the method advice which affects the supply chain. At the last designed the change project which would change the method.
