Tulospalkkaus metallialan pk-yrityksessä

Tutkielman päätavoitteena on analysoida esimerkkiyritysten olemassa olevia tulospalkkausjärjestelmiä ja kehittää metallialan pk-yrityksille sopiva tulospalkkausmalli. Esimerkkiyrityksille pyritään löytämään sopivat mittarit ottaen huomioon niiden erityispiirteet. Palkitsemisjärjestelmä on kokonaisuus, jolla pyritään sitouttamaan henkilöstö organisaation toimintaan ja kannustamaan heitä hyviin työsuorituksiin. Tulospalkkiojärjestelmä perustuu taloudellisiin tunnuslukuihin, jotka on sidottu yrityksen asettamiinkehitystavoitteisiin. Perusedellytys tulospalkkiojärjestelmälle on, että toiminnan tulosta voidaan mitata. Asetettujen tavoitteiden saavuttamisesta tai ylittämisestä maksetaan henkilöstölle palkkio. Tulospalkkiojärjestelmän kehittämiseksi ei ole olemassa tiettyä mallia, vaan jokaisen organisaation tulee laatia järjestelmä omien tavoitteiden perusteella.

The main aim of this study is to analyze the existing reward systems of the example companies and to develop an adequate model of rewarding and merit payment for small and medium-sized enterprises operating in metal industry field. It is pursued to find appropriate indicators by also paying attention to the special characteristics of these example companies. The reward system is an entireness, which purpose is to make employees to commit to the operations of the organization and to motivate them to fine performance. The system is based on financial key figures, which are bound up to the development targets that the company has set. The basic requirement for the reward system is that the results of operations are measurable. As employees reach or surpass the objectives set, they are rewarded. There is no specific model for developing the reward system, but the companies need to devise the system on the grounds of their own targets.
