Toimittajaverkoston luominen projektiohjautuvassa tuotannossa

Tämän diplomityön tavoitteena on luoda Vaahto Group -konsernin projektiohjautuvalle sekoitinvalmistukselle verkostoitunut valmistusympäristö. Tutkimuksen alussa valmistus siirrettiin Vaahto Group -konsernin tytäryhtiöstä Japrotek Oy:stä Pietarsaaresta Vaahto Oy:n Componets-tehtaalle Hollolaan. Valmistusfilosofia muutettiin omasta osavalmistuksesta verkostoituneeseen valmistukseen. Tutkimuksen päätavoitteet olivat toimittajaverkoston luominen, tuotannon läpimenoaikojen lyhentäminen, toimitusvarmuuden nostaminen, kustannustehokkuuden kasvattaminen sekä joustavuuden parantaminen. Tutkimuksen tuloksena syntyi uusi verkostovetoinen sekoitinvalmistus, missä oman valmistuksen osuus on vain kokoonpanoa. Uuden valmistuskonseptin avulla lyhennettiin läpimenoaikoja, parannettiin merkittävästi toimitusvarmuutta sekä lisättiin valmistuksen joustavuutta. Kustannustehokkuus parani. Lisäksi asiakasreklamaatiot vähenivät.

The aim of this thesis is to develop the Vaahto Group agitator production as a supply chain production concept. At first the agitator production was moved from Japrotek Ltd (Pietarsaari) to Vaahto Ltd Components (Hollola). The main aims of this thesis were creating a production network nearby Vaahto Ltd, cutting the manufacturing times, improving the delivery punctuality, decreasing the manufacturing costs andincreasing flexibility. As a result of this thesis a new production philosophy was born in a Vaahto`s agitator production. All the components are now manufactured and supplied by each supplier as a plug and play component. Only the assembly work is now made by Vaahto Ltd. Due the new manufacturing philosophy are all the main aims of this thesis reached. The manufacturing times are decreased, thedelivery punctuality is now over 90% instead of 60%, the manufacturing costs are decreased and the flexibility is also increased. Customer reclamations are almost disappeared.
