Paineellisten reaktoreiden projektitoimituksen optimointi

Diplomityössä tavoitteena on saada selvitys, jonka avulla yritys löytää toimitusprojekteistaan parannusta ja huomiota vaativat osa-alueet projektimuotoisten toimitusten kustannusrakennetta ja optimointia tarkastelemalla. Näin yritys voi tulevaisuudessa kehittää projektitoimituksen osa-alueita niin että se voi vastata asiakkaiden asettamiin vaatimuksiin sekä haasteisiin entistä nopeammin ja tarkemmin. Tutkimuksen lähtökohtana ovat projektiajattelu sekä siihen liittyvän toimitusketjun prosessit, joiden avulla lähestytään tutkimuksen ongelmaa ja selvitetään koko toimitusprojektin kehitystä vaativat alueet. Tutkimuksessa vaaditut tiedot saavutettiin vapaamuotoisten haastattelujen, yrityksen dokumentteja tutkimalla sekä yhteistyökumppanien avulla. Projektitoimituksen kokonaisvaltainen kehitys vaatii yhteistyötä ja huomiota toimitusketjun jokaisessa osa-alueessa aina raaka-ainelähteiltä loppukäyttäjälle asti. Näin voidaan saavuttaa tietojen avoimuus ja täsmällisyys, jotta päästään parhaaseen lopputulokseen projektitoimituksen osalta. Erityisesti kustannusrakenteen jakauma tuleehuomioida tulevaisuudessa tarkasti tehtäessä projektitoimitukseen liittyviä ratkaisuja. Esivalmistusasteen tarkastelu asetettiin työn alussa yhdeksi tärkeimmäksi tutkimuskohteeksi. Tarkastelussa havaittiin, että valmistusasteen valinnalla voidaan vaikuttaa lähes puoleen reaktorin kustannusrakenteen mukaisista kustannuksista kuten työ-, kuljetus- ja asennuskustannukseen. Myös materiaalikustannukset ovat suuressa roolissa reaktorinkustannusrakenteessa, joten tähän tulee kiinnittää myös huomiota. Muita tutkittavia tekijöitä, jotka pääasiassa vaikuttivat materiaali- ja asennuskustannuksiin työssä olivat paineastiastandardin ja paineluokan sekä valmistuspaikan valinta. Lisäksi huomioitiin toteutuneiden toimitusten eroavaisuuksia teoreettisiin ratkaisuihin ja etsittiin näistä mahdollisia kehitys- ja kustannussäästökohteita.

The aim of my Master's Thesis is to find out how Andritz Oy can find the sectors that need improvement and a higher focus through cost structure investigation and the optimizationof project deliveries. With these the company will be able to develop the sectors of project delivery and faster and more precisely respond to the needs and challenges set by customers. The starting point of this study is project thinking and the supply chain processes by means of which the problem of the study is approached and the project delivery sectors that need to be developed are clarified. The information needed in this study is obtained through interviews, analysis of the company's documents, and from co-operation partners. Comprehensive development of project deliveries requires cooperation and attention in each sector ofthe supply chain, from the raw material to the end user. This makes it possibleto achieve openness and exactness of information to ensure the best outcome in terms of project delivery. Especially the distribution of cost structure needs attention when decisions related to project delivery are made in the future. At the beginning of the work, the study of the prefabrication degree was set as one of the most important areas of investigation. This investigation showed that with the choice of prefabrication degree, it is possible to affect almost half of the reactor cost structure costs such as manufacturing, transportation and installation costs. Material costs have a high impact on the reactor cost structure and therefore these costs need to be taken into consideration. Other factors investigated in my thesis are the choices of pressure vessel standard for reactors, pressure level, and place of manufacturing. Additionally, this thesis observes the differences between implemented projects and theoretical solutions and looks for possible targets for development and cost savings.
