Tilaus- toimitusprosessin kehittäminen tilausohjautuvassa tuotannossa

Diplomityön tavoitteena on tilaus- toimitusprosessin kehittäminen tilausohjautuvassa tuotannossa. Prosessin nykytilan tarkemman analysoinnin avulla on tarkoitus lisätä prosessissa työskentelevien henkilöiden käsitystä siitä, miten prosessi toimii tällä hetkellä sekä minkälaisesta liiketoiminnasta onkaan kyse. Tämä työ on osa laajempaa kohdeyrityksessä meneillään olevaa kehitysprojektia, jonka päätöksentekoa on tarkoitus tukea tässä työssä tehtyjen analyysien avulla.Työ on jakautunut kolmeen osaan; teoria-, analyysi- sekä synteesiosaan. Teoriaosassa käsitellään prosesseja yleisesti, niiden kehittämistä sekä mittaamista. Prosessien kehittämismenetelmistä esitellään kapeikkoajattelu sekä Lean-tuotanto. Analyysiosassa käsitellään tilastollistenanalyysien perusteella prosessin nykytilaa ja liiketoiminnan luonnetta. Pilottitoimitus sekä laajemman kehitysprojektin esittely kuuluvat myös analyysiosan sisältöön. Analyysiosan perusteella tuotteiden läpimenoaikaa voidaan lyhentää vähentämällä eri vaiheiden välisiä odotusaikoja. Myös materiaalien saatavuus tulisi varmistaa kehittämällä tavaralogistiikkaa. Synteesiosassa on listattu käytännönläheisiä kehitysehdotuksia prosessin suorituskyvyn parantamiseksi. Pohjana ehdotuksille on analyysiosassa ilmenneet ongelmat. Laajempana kehityskohteena esitellään kolmivaiheinen muutosprosessi, jonka avulla voidaan tehostaa tavaralogistiikkaa ulkoistamisen avulla.

The target of this master's thesis is to develop order-delivery process in order-driven production. The purpose of the current stage description is to give clearer picture, how process is running at this moment and in which industry field company deals with. This master's thesis work is one part of larger development project. Analysisof the master's thesis aims to support decision-making process of this specific development project.Master's thesis is divided into three parts: theoretical, analysis and synthetic parts. Theoretical part handles generally the processes itself, process development and performance measuring. Specific development methods of this work are Theory of Constraints and Lean-production. Analysispart describes current stage of process and business characteristics based on statistical analysis. Pilot shipment and the description of larger project are included also in analysis part. Based on analysis part it is possible to reduce the total lead-time of process by decreasing wait times between the work-stages. In addition to this also availability of material should be secured by developingmaterial logistics operations. Synthetic part lists practical development needsto increase the efficiency of order-delivery process' performance. Impulses of these developments come from described problems of analysis part. There is also wider development program described in this part. It is included three phases, which can increase the efficiency of material logistics by outsourcing some processes.
