Sähköteknisten laitteiden kunnossapidon kehittäminen sinkkitehtaalla

Diplomityön tavoitteena on ollut kehittää sähköteknisten laitteiden kunnossapitoa sinkkitehtaalla. Kokonaisuus on laaja ja laitteita paljon. Suuri kunnossapitobudjetti koostuu pienistä palasista. Kehitystyötä on pyritty tekemään käytännönläheisin ja helposti toteutettavin menetelmin, joissa voidaan mahdollisimman paljon hyödyntää sinkkitehtaan oman sähkökunnossapidon resursseja. Tämä kehittää myös henkilöstön laitetuntemusta. Kunnossapito-ohjelma pyritään pitämään riittävän kevyenä ja edullisena toteuttaa. Teoreettisen pohdiskelun ja huoltomenetelmien suunnittelun jälkeen kunnossapidon käytännön toteuttamiseksi on rakennettu tehtaan ATK-järjestelmään työmääräimiä, jotka pohjautuvat työn aikana kirjoitettuihin työohjeisiin. Työn alussa on selvitetty sähköturvallisuusmääräysten asettamia vaatimuksia. Suurella osalla huoltotoimenpiteistä pyritään parantamaan sähköturvallisuutta. Muilta osin työ keskittyy sähkökeskustiloihin ja moottorikäyttöihin, osastokohtaisiin prosessilaitteisiin ja tehtaalla oleviin tärkeisiin, muttaprosessiin varsinaisesti kuulumattomiin laitteisiin. Niiden käsittelyn yhteydessä esitellään myös huollossa käytettäviä menetelmiä, mittauksia ja tarkastuksia.

The aim of this thesis was to develop the maintenance of electro-technical devices at a zinc plant. The complex is extensive and the number of devices is big. A maintenance budget, even a large one, consists of small parts. The goal in the development work was to use methods that are practical and can be carried out easily. Another aim was to utilise the plant's own maintenance resources as much as possible. This increases the knowledge of the devices, and the process itself does not become too heavy or too expensive to be fully implemented. The work was carried out in three phases: theoretical research, planning of the processes of maintenance, and finally the implementation phase that included the construction of new work orders into the plant's data processing system. The work orders were based on the working instructions written during the work. In the beginning of the thesis there is a description of the electrical safety regulations pertaining to this kind of electrical system. Many of the maintenance duties aim at improving electrical safety. The other topics for the thesis are switchgears and their premises, electrical motor drives, departmental process equipment and also those devices that are important but not part ofthe process. The methods, measurements and check-ups that are carried out in the maintenance process are presented in the same context.
