The aim is to implement a copy detection system to protect the copyright of digital audio files in WAV format. The system must contain two basic algorithms: one to insert a watermark in a file and one to retrieve the mark inserted in a file using the first algorithm. We will base this on a simple technique, which is the substitution of the least significant bit (LSB).
