Globalització i alimentació : El cas de la comarca de la Garrotxa

L'objectiu de l'estudi és saber si tots els canvis socials de la globalització han influït en els hàbits alimentaris a la Garrotxa, de forma que s'hagi produït un desplaçament en els ingredients i els plats que tradicionalment s'hi ha consumit. Per tant, l'estudi s'adreça a un públic molt ampli, heterogeni i no necessàriament especialitzat.

El objetivo del estudio es saber si todos los cambios sociales de la globalización han influido en los hábitos alimentarios en la Garrotxa, de forma que se haya producido un desplazamiento en los ingredientes y los platos que tradicionalmente se ha consumido. Por tanto el estudio se dirige a un público muy amplio, heterogéneo y no necesariamente especializado.

The objective of this study is to find out whether all the social changes brought about by globalization have had an influence on eating habits in the region of La Garrotxa, in such a way that a shift has occurred in the ingredients and dishes that were traditionally eaten. Therefore, the study is addressed to a broad, heterogeneous and not necessarily specialized public.
